CANCELLATION policy for a carefree holiday

You do not want to risk losing any down payments or incurring penalties.

And precisely because we know this well, Hotel Vernel in Marebello has revised its cancellation policies making them as flexible as possible.

So you can fulfill your desire to go on holiday and sense that the summer is really near.
What a great feeling!

These are our policies in detail.

For bookings during any time within the summer season, up to March 31, NO DEPOSIT is REQUIRED and cancellation is free.
So you do not have to put your wallet to work to plan your holiday!

Beyond the deadline of March 31, cancellation is also guaranteed without penalty in the following way:

• during the months of May and June 2021 the cancellation is FREE up to 7 days before arrival;
• from July to September 2021 (excluding the period 7 -22 August) the cancellation is FREE up to 14 days before arrival;
• from 7 to 22 August 2021 the cancellation is FREE up to 21 days before arrival.

If you do NOT cancel within the terms indicated above, you still have a penalty of ONLY 30% on the amount of the stay.
While if you do not communicate the cancellation and do not show up at the hotel, the TOTAL amount of the booking will be withheld.
If you book after March 31st you DO NOT lose the deposit anyway!
In fact, you can recover the amount paid bythe issuing a voucher to be used within the current season based on availability.

In case of cancellation for certified medical causes due to the Covid-19 emergency, we will NOT apply any penalty for cancellations after the deadline.
